How My Breathe Daily Strategies Began

It was on the morning of November 11, 2000, when I was in the shower that the word "BREATHE" popped into my head with an acronym (Be still, Release, Energize, Accept, Thank, Hear, Enrich). I knew this was an amazing thought and I was sure it was going to transform lives. The phrase “life coach” had become popular at the time and I believed that I was going to take this BREATHE thought from God and write a book to help a lot of people. Little did I know that the person that was going to be helped the most was me.     In 2007 I had my first panic attack, I started therapy that next year and the depression soon followed. It was then that I realized that BREATHE wasn’t for me to write a book, it was actually for me, to help me heal and survive my daily life with depression and anxiety.
